1. Strong light transmittance and UV resistance linearity
Most of the greenhouses using PC board use double-layer transparent
solar panel. Because of the double-layer transparent solar panel,
it is light and transparent, which is conducive to plant growth,
there is no dead corner in the greenhouse, and the land use and
lighting performance have been improved unprecedented. It is
important that transparency does not decline significantly over
time.
At the same time, the surface of solar panel is treated with
special high-tech anti UV technology to ensure the stability of
anti UV radiation. After long-term use, the optical properties of
the product can be maintained, and it is not easy to aging rapidly
under ultraviolet irradiation.
2. Strong impact and temperature resistance
PC is one of the best impact resistant thermoplastics. Even at high
temperature, the potential degradation and stress relaxation are
very small. The solar panel made of PC has excellent impact
resistance, and can maintain stable performance for a long time in
a wide temperature range (- 40 ~ + 120).
Under severe weather conditions such as hail, storm, ice and snow,
it has excellent impact resistance. Under the above conditions, the
glass and plexiglass are brittle and hard, while the PC board is
flexible, such as with small serrations or impact. The collet is
deformed, not burst.
At the same time, it can adapt to all kinds of bad weather changes
from severe cold to high temperature. The low temperature
embrittlement temperature is - 100 ℃, the high temperature
softening temperature is 146 ℃, the allowable temperature under
long-term load conditions is - 40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃, and the short-term
load temperature is - 100 ℃ ~ + 135 ℃. In this case, other panels
will deform or even completely destroy, but PC solar panels still
have excellent physical properties.
3. Thermal insulation and sound insulation performance
Linear expansion coefficient: it is one of the resins with smaller
linear expansion coefficient. The linear expansion coefficient of
the board is slightly different in different directions, with an
average of 0.065m M / m. ℃. The thermal conductivity of PC board is
very different from that of general synthetic resin, which is 1 /
4, 1 / 300 and 1 / 1000 of glass,
1 / 12000 is a kind of material with good heat insulation
performance. PC board also has good sound insulation performance.
It is the first choice of road sound insulation materials in the
world, and has achieved good sound insulation effect.
4. Energy saving performance and anti fog performance
Compared with other ordinary glass and other plastics, the thermal
conductivity of solar panel is lower, which greatly reduces the
heat loss, achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption
reduction, and belongs to environmental protection materials. At
the same time, the anti fog technology of Bayer Material in Germany
and the special high-tech infrared technology are adopted. The
lower surface is evenly distributed with high concentration
coating, which avoids the decrease of light transmittance caused by
water mist and prevents the condensation water from dropping
directly. Damage to animals and plants below when falling.
5. Flame retardant and flame retardant
PC solar panel has good water resistance and has been tested by the
national fire building material quality supervision and inspection
center. According to GB8624-1997, the requirements of Class B1
flame retardant are met. In addition, solar panels will not promote
the spread of fire and combustion process under strong flame. No
smoke and toxic gas are produced in the sunshine plate, and it will
be extinguished automatically after leaving the fire site. This
shows that the solar panel has good flame retardant performance and
has been highly appraised in several major fire tests in advanced
countries.
